HLTAID003 & 22300VIC Course Set

This course is a skill set which includes both Provide First Aid (HLTAID003) and First Aid Management of Anaphylaxis (22300VIC).

Completing this course will allow you to develop skills and knowledge to provide first aid treatment to any person suffering a sudden illness or injury.  You will develop the skills to preserve life, prevent the condition from worsening and promote recovery.  It includes initial intervention in a casualty with a serious condition prior to professional medical help being available, such as performing CPR or administering an autoinjector for a severe allergic reaction while awaiting an ambulance. 

Training delivered in partnership with Allen’s training Pty Ltd  RTO 90909.

Students who successfully complete their CPR course and are marked competent will receive a certificate in: 

  • Course Set – HLTAID003 & 22300VIC
  • HLTAID001 – Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation
  • HLTAID002 – Provide basic emergency life support
  • HLTAID003 – Provide first aid
  • 22300VIC – Course in First Aid Management of Anaphylaxis

Classes run 7 days a week.

Two minute walk from Oakleigh station. Plenty of parking spots available.

Before attending, pre-course work must be completed. This takes approximately 60-90 minutes and is completed online. The course runs for 90 minutes. In this time practical assessment’s will take place.

Our main priority is ensuring our student’s feel safe while they train. To do this we have ensured the following:

Each student has their own first aid training equipment which has been sanitised prior to use.

Each student will have their own designated space, adhering to social distancing measures.

CPR rescue breaths will be simulated to ensure no contact takes place.

Hand sanitiser and gloves available at all times.

Participants must have the physical capacity to perform 2 minutes of uninterrupted CPR on the floor.

Individuals undertaking this course will be expected to complete both written and practical assessment tasks.
